Instructions For Use

Remove the sheath and core rod from aseptic packaging; insert the core rod into the casing sheath as indicated.

Place the core rod seat in the palm, two fingers on the casing handle, grip firmly, and activate the lock switch to puncture (Sign shows "ON").

During puncture, if the sign returns to "OFF", it indicates the casing has successfully penetrated the abdominal cavity.

Pull out the core rod. The 10mm sleeve suits 8-11mm devices; the 5mm sleeve suits 3-6mm devices.

For standard procedures, a veress needle can establish pneumoperitoneum first. A converter allows 5mm devices in 10mm casings.
