The system adopts a "membrane separation + low-temperature concentration" combined process, ensuring pure physical processing without chemical additives.
Fresh juice is filtered through a 5-10μm precision pre-filter to remove large-particle impurities, protecting subsequent membrane elements and extending service life.
Ultrafiltration (UF) Clarification: Uses membranes (10,000–50,000 Da) to remove colloids and fine particles at room temperature.
Membrane Sterilization: Achieves microbial removal (bacteria, yeasts, molds) with a sterilization rate of ≥99.99%, avoiding thermal damage to the product.
Nanofiltration (NF) Pre-Concentration: Selectively retains sugars and flavor compounds while allowing water to pass, concentrating solids from 10-15% to 25-30%.
Vacuum Low-Temperature Final Concentration: Further concentrates juice to 65%–70% Brix at 40–60℃, reducing energy consumption by 30%–50%.
