E.O. Gas Sterilization Process

  1. Loading: Put goods in the sterilizer and lock the pneumatic door securely.
  2. Temperature Adjusting: Adjust to the necessary 50ºC (approx. 1-2 hours).
  3. Pre-Vacuum: Extract air from the chamber (6-30 minutes).
  4. Pressure Holding Test: Verify tightness to ensure no gas leakage.
  5. Pre-humidification: Adjust humidity to 55%RH (1-1.5 hours).
  6. EO Injection: Inject Ethylene Oxide gas into the chamber (20-30 minutes).
  7. Sterilizing: Maintain constant conditions for 4 - 8 hours.
  8. Gas Clearing: Clear residue gas using vacuum and air blowing cycles (approx. 1 hour).
  9. Unloading: Unlock the door and pull the cart outside.
Efficiency: Our sterilizer chamber can process two batches of cargo within 24 hours.
