Vertical Medical Waste Equipment

Working Principle

The collected medical waste is manually fed into a sterilizer. Inside, a shredding system breaks the waste into particles. A pre-vacuum method purges air, followed by high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam. After treatment, a vacuum process removes remaining air. Pathogens are effectively killed, allowing the waste to be treated as ordinary household waste with significantly reduced volume and weight.

The sealing connection with the shredding system is composed of a stainless steel flange and a high-temperature resistant gasket. The quick-opening discharge door uses an inflatable gasket sealing method. During installation, the sterilization chamber is fastened to a steel frame with high-strength bolts.
